Why join THIS Men's Group?
Relationally-Focused. Therapy-Informed. Risk-free trial.
There are a few reasons why THIS Men's Group is different from the others...
1. I only allow Men to join who are fully committed to self-development. Everyone needs to be fully engaged.
2. The focus is Relationships. We're here to talk about your relationship with your spouse, kids, parents, siblings, friends, and extended family.
3. It's skill-based. I will teach you how to speak and listen in ways that foster safety, connection, and understanding.
4. We practice. It's just like the gym. You have to get the reps in.Â
 5. No weird stuff. There's no special initiation, pubic humiliation, or belief system you have to buy into.
Here’s What You'll Gain From Joining:
- Genuine friendships:Â more than just surface-level conversations.
- A stronger marriage:Â the more tools you have, the better your communication will be.
- Less stress, more balance: learn how to manage your stress so you can design a life that feels good.
- Support for life's ups and downs: celebrate the wins and get help for the struggles.
- Practical tools:Â mindfulness, authentic relating, and effective communication.
If you're not sure if this is for you, I want to introduce you to my "Risk-Free Policy."
If you show up to 1 call and it's not what you're looking for... I'll refund you 100%. No strings attached.

HEY, I'M BRYCE BAUER!
I've been sober for 17 years, traveled around the world, fought in the cage, run my own business, and led over 1000 men's groups.Â
More importantly that that, I'm an normal guy who strives to be the best husband, son, brother, and friend I can be.
I started my coaching journey in 2009 with The Coaches Training Institute and this has been my career.Â
I can't fix your car or your house but, I can help you fix your relationship to yourself and those you care about.
Outside of my coaching practice, I love to travel with my wife, play sports, be outside, and spend time with friends.Â
I've trained with some of the best. My mentors include top experts like Ellen Boeder, Terry Real, Tej Steiner, and Jayson Gaddis.
